Breathing Air Distribution System

This product serves as a core supporting unit within breathing air supply systems, designed for integrated air purification, pressure regulation, and distribution. It effectively removes oil vapors, low-concentration organic vapors, acidic gases, and particulate matter from compressed air, ensuring clean and safe output. The unit supports a maximum input pressure of 1.0 MPa, while the output pressure can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 1.0 MPa according to user requirements. Featuring a one-inlet-four-outlet design equipped with quick-lock couplings, it operates safely and conveniently, capable of simultaneously supplying stable and reliable breathing air to four sets of respiratory devices.

Model: HT600
The product is CE certified according to EN 402.
This product complies with the EN 14593-1:2018 standard and possesses CE certification, ensuring its design, manufacture, and performance meet stringent Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) regulations. The complete system is integrated onto a high-strength stainless steel trolley, comprising carbon fiber cylinders, air supply valves, pressure reducers, demand valves, and full facepieces, forming a comprehensive, self-contained mobile positive pressure air supply system.

Multi-Person Cooperation & High Efficiency: Supports single or multiple users simultaneously, significantly enhancing team productivity in hazardous environments. Ample backup cylinder capacity allows for two-person collaborative work over extended periods.
Uninterrupted Continuous Air Supply: The unique multi-cylinder integration and quick-change system allows for seamless cylinder switching during operations, ensuring an uninterrupted air supply and theoretically unlimited respiratory protection duration.
Robust and Durable Carrier Platform: The main trolley frame is constructed from high-strength stainless steel tubing with sealed welding, offering exceptional structural integrity, durability, and corrosion resistance for harsh industrial settings.
Extended Operational Range & Flexible Configuration: The standard configuration provides an effective working radius of up to 50 meters. With optional extended hoses, the maximum working distance can be increased to 90 meters, covering a wider range of complex scenarios.
Safe and Stable Incline Operation: Equipped with a reliable foot brake, the unit can remain securely stationary on slopes up to 30 degrees, preventing unintended movement and ensuring operational safety.
High-Flow Pressure Reduction & Stability: Utilizes a pressure reducer designed for high-flow output, effectively minimizing pressure loss over long distances. The dual-reducer design monitors and balances pressure at all output terminals in real-time, ensuring supply stability and safety.
Integrated Emergency Escape Solution: An optional automatic changeover escape device can be equipped to provide an independent air source in emergencies, ensuring the user can safely evacuate hazardous environments.
High-Performance Personal Protective Components: Includes a silicone full facepiece with anti-fog, hardened visors for clear vision. The Kevlar head harness is flame-retardant and tear-resistant, enhancing comfort and safety.
User-Friendly Design: The breathing hose is stored in a coiled configuration for easy deployment and retrieval. The high-pressure steel wire-reinforced hose is kink-resistant, features high tensile strength, and has a long service life.

Widely used in scenarios requiring prolonged respiratory protection, including but not limited to:
Petrochemical & Natural Gas: Tank cleaning, pipeline maintenance, incident response.
Mining & Metallurgy: Underground rescue, tunnel operations, smelting equipment maintenance.
Firefighting & Rescue: Prolonged firefighting and search and rescue in underground spaces, tunnels, and confined spaces.
Disaster Response: Personnel search and rescue in confined spaces following earthquakes or floods.
Municipal & Industrial: Entry operations into sewers, culverts, reaction vessels, and other enclosed containers.
Military & Public Safety: Operations in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threat environments.
