Infrared Thermal Imaging Full Mask

This product is an innovative intelligent detection device that seamlessly integrates infrared thermal imaging technology with a breathing face mask, specifically designed to meet the operational needs of firefighters and emergency responders in low-light, heavy smoke, and other adverse environments. By positioning the imaging module outside the mask and the display module inside, it enables real-time image acquisition, display, storage, and transmission, completely freeing the user's hands. This effectively solves the challenges of fireground reconnaissance, significantly enhancing rescue efficiency and personnel safety.

Compliance: Meets the requirements of the Chinese standard XF/T 635-2006 (Thermal Imagers for Fire Fighting).

This product employs mask-integrated infrared imaging and micro-display technology, breaking through the traditional design concept of non-destructively attaching a thermal imager to an SCBA face mask, forming a series of integrated intelligent equipment for firefighters. The imaging module is installed on the exterior of the mask (upper right side), while the display module is installed inside the mask (lower right side, below the eye), integrated with the respirator's Heads-Up Display (HUD). Users can view the displayed information as needed without manual assistance, enabling real-time perception of the fireground environment (including core fire temperature, building damage status, and location of trapped individuals) directly within the mask. Simultaneously, the information can be wirelessly transmitted to the rear command center to support scientific decision-making, helping firefighters quickly locate fire sources and trapped persons while ensuring their own safety.

1. Hot/Cold Spot Tracking: Features spot tracking capability, which can identify and mark the hottest/coldest point in the image in real-time and display its temperature.
2. Status Indicator LEDs: Equipped with red and blue LED indicators; the red light indicates battery level, and the blue light indicates WiFi connection status.
3. Multiple Imaging Modes: Supports four imaging modes—White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, and Pseudo-color—which can be quickly switched via a button to suit different observation needs.
4. OSD Information Overlay: On-screen display overlays information such as current mode, temperature, and battery level on the video image for easy reference.
5. Automatic Loop Recording: Automatically starts video recording upon power-on, with loop recording capability. Storage duration exceeds 6 hours, and video files can be played using standard media players.
6. Periodic Shutter Calibration: Built-in periodic shutter calibration ensures consistently clear and stable imaging.
7. Low-Latency Wireless Transmission: Utilizes a wireless connection between the thermal imager and the display, with transmission latency less than 10ms. The WiFi stream supports protocols such as UDP and RTSP, ensuring smooth, real-time video.
8. Integrated Design: The imaging module and display module are positioned inside and outside the mask, leaving hands free without obstructing vision. The display module is integrated with the HUD, offering comfortable wear and convenient operation.
9. Heat Radiation Resistance: Passes national standard heat radiation tests, ensuring stable operation in high-temperature fireground environments.
10. Fall Prevention Alarm: Integrated HUD fall prevention alarm function automatically triggers an alert upon detecting abnormal user posture, enhancing safety.

Suitable for harsh environments involving toxic gases, fire smoke and dust, or oxygen concentrations below 18%. Particularly ideal for firefighting and rescue operations, chemical incident response, confined space reconnaissance, and nighttime search and rescue missions.
