High-Pressure Rapid Charging Device

This product is a high-pressure air source rapid replenishment device designed for use with high-pressure charging hoses. It enables quick air transfer between two SCBA cylinders, as well as rapid charging of SCBA cylinders from charging pumps or large-capacity storage cylinders, significantly improving on-site air supply efficiency.

- By selecting high-pressure quick-connect hoses with different connector types, the device accommodates various charging scenarios:
- Rapid air sharing between users
- Direct charging from large-capacity storage cylinders
- Direct rapid charging via charging pumps
- Direct connection to charging points within air supply systems
- Features quick-connect couplings with self-sealing mechanisms for safe, reliable, and tool-free connection/disconnection; couplings come with protective caps to prevent contamination.
- Effectively reduces cylinder change frequency, shortens emergency response time, and significantly enhances rescue operation efficiency.
- Comes standard with rapid charging hoses for emergency search and rescue, with a 1:2配备 ratio to SCBA units to support collaborative operations.

1. Integrated Charging Port on Reducer: The pressure reducer features a built-in high-pressure rapid charging port, allowing quick charging without cylinder disassembly for convenient operation.
2. Hot-Swappable Connection: Coupling design enables direct connection/disconnection under pressure, eliminating the need for depressurization and simplifying workflow.
3. Self-Sealing Safety Design: Couplings automatically seal upon disconnection, preventing high-pressure gas leakage and ensuring operator safety.
4. Multi-Scenario Adaptability: Interchangeable connectors allow compatibility with various air source equipment, flexibly adapting to diverse field conditions.
5. Portable and Durable: Charging hoses constructed from high-strength materials, resistant to high pressure and abrasion, suitable for frequent use and harsh environments.

Widely used in firefighting and rescue, petrochemical industry, industrial safety, mine rescue, municipal emergency response, and other fields, particularly suitable for emergency operations requiring rapid air replenishment and reduced cylinder change frequency.
